Huon Logistics Fatigue Management Policy applies to all staff, workers, contractors, visitors
at all operational, and administration workplaces:

• By implementing a screening process to ensure all employees are fit for duty,
have had adequate rest and are in a positive state of mind.

• Provide adequate resources to ensure Fatigue Management is maintained across Huon
Logistics work sites.

• Exercise due diligence to ensure compliance with this Fatigue Management Policy.

• Staff maintain a level of fitness required to meet the requirements of their role.

• Staff advise their supervisor at any time whilst at work if they believe they are unfit to
continue to work due to the effects of fatigue, stress, alcohol or drugs.

• Staff to advise their supervisor at any time whilst at work if they believe they are unfit to
continue to work, whilst under medication.

• Staff to follow instructions and controls within the Fatigue Management Policy.

Huon Logistics supports and is committed to this Fatigue Management Policy and requires all employees, contractors and visitors to participate in the Health & Safety Policy outlined.

Huon Logistics believes all employees are responsible for maintaining their personal fitness for work. Pre-employment testing, random screening, and post incident screening for drugs and alcohol will be conducted as well as general fitness and good dietary programs.
