Huon Logistics Fitness for Duty Policy applies to all staff, workers, and contractors, visitors at all operational and administrative workplaces:
• By implementing screening processes to ensure workers are fit for duty at the workplace.
• By providing ongoing training and weekly toolbox talks on the subject.
• Provide adequate resources to ensure Fitness for Duty is maintained across Huon Logistics work sites;
• Exercise due diligence to ensure compliance with this Fitness for Duty Policy.
• Staff maintain a level of fitness required to meet the requirements of their role.
• Staff advise their supervisor at any time whilst at work if they believe they are unfit to continue to work.
• Staff advise their supervisor at any time whilst at work if they believe they are unfit to continue to work, whilst under medication.
• Staff follow instructions and controls within the Fitness for Duty Policy.
